Matthew O'Donovan

O’Donovan, Matthew (Mattie) 23rd June 2023, late of Walkinstown and formerly J & C McGloughlin, Inchicore and Bohemians Football Club; peacefully, at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his son Raymond. Beloved husband and best friend of Agnes, loving father to Damian, Ian, Matthew, Peter and Mary, cherished grandad to Raymond, Eoin, Mark, Rachel, Ciara, Matthew Jnr, Amy, Aaron, Cian, Ava, Max and Finn and great granddad to Mia.

Mattie will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, son-in-law Richard, daughters-in-law Antoinette, Mary, Lisa and Aisling, sister Mary, sister-in-law Deirdre, his grandson Raymond’s wife Aja, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

Reposing in the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Sunday (25th June) from 1pm-3pm. Funeral Mass on Monday (26th June) at 11.30am in St Agnes Church, Crumlin Village followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery.
