Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Mary.
Beloved husband and best friend of Ciss, much loved father of Brian, Fintan and Colette. Fondly remembered and sadly missed by his sister Maureen, grandchildren Matthew, Rachel, Luke, Conor, Ellie, Orán, Annie, Emer, Oisín, Bronagh and Érin, son-in-law Mick, daughters-in-law Adrienne & Michelle, brothers-in-law, nephews, relatives and friends.

Removal tomorrow, Tuesday, to arrive at St. Dympna's Church, Lower Lavey at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House private please. Mattie's funeral can be viewed on www.churchtv.ie/lavey
