BYRNE (Kingston Avenue, Cork & formerly of Bartlemy, Cork): On August 28th, 2025 in the presence of her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff of Bishopscourt Nursing Home, Cork, MAUN (Mary)(née Ahern), beloved wife of the late Jim, adored mother of Josette, Kay and Billy, Predeceased by her sisters Nora, Eileen and Bridget and brothers Paddy and Tom.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, brother Jack, sisters-in-law Julie, Lily and Pauline, sons-in-law Ray and Ewan and daughter-in-law Luana, grandchildren Laura, Sarah, Jimmy, Séan, James, Paddy, Julia, Liam and Liam Óg, nieces, nephews, relatives, carers, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Saturday (August 30th) from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.30am on Monday (September 1st) in St. Bartholomew’s Church, Bartlemy.

Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock, Cork.
