Maura Daly (née Wallace) – Burnell Drive and formerly Newtown, Ballinderry and Ballynacargy, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – July 15, 2023 (peacefully) following an illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family and in the excellent care of the staff at the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore and previously at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar. Predeceased by her loving husband Fergus, son Barry, sister Nan and brothers Mick, Ned and John.

Maura will be sadly missed by her heartbroken children Carmel, Mary and Paul, her cherished grandchildren Shauna, Aaron, Amy, Jamie, Shane, Adam, Alex and Lilian, great-grandsons Blake and Jesse, sister Bridget, brothers Pete, George, Bill and Pat, extended family, very kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home on Monday from 4.30 o’c to 6 o’c followed by Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 o’c.
Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday at 11 o’c and can be viewed on the live webcam at www.mullingarparish.ie. Burial will follow in Walshestown Cemetery.
