Donnelly, Maura (née McAvinia), retired Primary Teacher, May 26th 2023, passed away peacefully in her home at “Mellifont”, College Road, Kilkenny, surrounded by family. Pre-deceased by her daughter Mary (Power) and brothers Edmond and Paul (McAvinia); beloved wife of Paddy, very sadly missed by her loving husband, sons Joe and his partner Sarah and Damien, daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law Brian, her grandchildren Oisín, Aisling, Dearbhla, Gráinne, Clíodhna, and Ciara, her sisters Carmel, Bernie, Phyllis, Aideen and her brother Oliver, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Maura's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her home on Sunday (28th May) from 2pm concluding with Rosary at 7 p.m. House private at all other times please. Removal on Monday morning (29th May) to St. Patrick’s Church, College Road for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon. Funeral afterwards to Foulkstown Cemetery, Waterford Road, Kilkenny.
