DOWNES (née Walsh) (Chapelizod, Dublin and formerly of Mourne Road, Dublin) November 29th 2021 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Beaumont Hospital. Maura, beloved wife of Eamon and much loved mother of Jackie, Valerie, Fiona, Eoin, Derek and Christine. Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Lucan on (Wednesday) evening from 6.00 o’c to 8.00 o’c. Removal to the Church of the Nativity of the B.V.M., Chapelizod on Friday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery. Maura’s funeral mass may be viewed online by following this LINK on Friday morning. Maura’s Funeral cortege will pass her home on Friday morning at 11.15am for friends and family to pay their respects.
