Maura Doyle (née Ryan)

Formerly of Ballinvegga, Ballywilliam, Co. Wexford.

Maura passed away peacefully at St Luke’s General Hospital surrounded by her loving family on the 19th of February 2026.

Beloved wife of the late Brendan and predeceased by her brothers Jim, John, Murt, Larry and her sisters Eileen Lyng and Joanna O’Gorman.

Much loved and devoted mother of Larry, John Joe and Eamon, and cherished mother-in-law of Brigid (Walsh), Olive (Delaney) and Joanne (Moylan).

Adored grandmother of Brendan, Patrick, Edward, Marie, Sean, Cathal, Kate, Liam, Bríd, Louise, Eimear, Siobhán, Kevin and great-grandmother of Fionn, Oisín, Saoirse and Ned.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love by her brother Paddy, sister Aggie (Cummins), her nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Walsh's Funeral Home, Tinnahinch (Eircode R95 D853), on Saturday from 2pm to 7pm followed by removal to Coolyhune.

Removal on Sunday at 11.30am from Coolyhune to arrive at St. Moling's Church, Glynn (Eircode R95 HY49) for 12noon Requiem Mass. Burial in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tinnahinch following funeral Mass.
