The death has occurred of Maura King (nee O'Brien), The Vale, Bailieborough and La Mirage, Main Street, Bailieborough, Co Cavan. Died on the 20th September 2023, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the loving care of the wonderful staff of St. Elizabeth's Ward, The Mater Private Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her parents Tommy and Margaret O'Brien (Main Street) and her sister Paula.

Missed dearly by her husband Aidan, her son Darah and daughter Diesa, her sister Dolores, brother TJ, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, niece, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough, on Friday, 22nd September, from 5pm - 8pm. Removal from her residence on Saturday, 23rd September, at 11:40am to arrive at St. Anne's Church, Bailieborough, for funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in St. Anne's Cemetery. The funeral Mass can be viewed live at St. Anne's Church Webcam. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Cavan/Monaghan Palliative Care c/o any family member or funeral director.
