MAURA LOONEY
(née SEXTON)
Looney, Coolbawn, Caheragh. On June 23rd, 2021 in her 102nd year, peacefully at her home. MAURA, wife of the late Jerry, and loving mother to Margaret (O’Sullivan), Mary (O’Callaghan) and Timmy. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Claire, Barry, Declan and Rachel, sons-in-law Sean and Niall, daughter-in-law Marian, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Maura’s funeral will take place in accordance with current guidelines. The funeral cortège will leave her home in Coolbawn, on Friday 25th at 1.30pm and proceed to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Kilcoe, for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm, which will be livestreamed on https://www.corklivestream.com/funerals Burial immediately afterwards in Lisheen Cemetery.
