The death has occurred of Maura (Mary) Doyle (née Nolan) Barrett Street, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow. 1st July 2025 in her 90th year.
Maura died peacefully after a short illness bravely borne surrounded by her loving family in the care of the nurses and doctors of the Nore Suite St. Luke's Hospital Kilkenny.
Beloved wife of the late Seamie (James) Doyle Kernanstown, Carlow, and daughter of the late John and Moll Nolan (Fair Green) also sister of the late Charlie and Paddy Nolan and grandmother of the late Vivienne Dunne.
Adored mother of Deirdre,Teresa, Mary, Breda, John, Pat, Paul and Jimmy, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters Margie, Frances, Nancy and brother John, her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Somers Funeral Home Bagenalstown on Thursday from 2.pm to 7.pm, with Funeral Prayers at 6.pm.
Requiem Mass on Friday Morning at 11.am in St. Andrew's Church Bagenalstown, followed by burial afterwards in the Cemetery of the Assumption Bagenalstown.
