Maura O'Byrne
(née Mehigan)
Maura O'Byrne (née Mehigan) (Santry, Dublin 9 and former volunteer with The Irish Cancer Society) passed away peacefully on 8th June 2022, surrounded by her family in the wonderful and loving care of the staff in The Mater Private Hospital. Maura will be very sadly missed by her loving husband Joe of 60 years, daughter Ruth, sons Colm, Michael and Joey, son-in-law Gabe, daughters-in-law Sarah and Amy, grandchildren Shauna, Aislinn-Rose, Ciara and Aidan, sisters-in-law Annie and Ann, nieces, nephew, relatives, friends & neighbours. Also, her devoted carer & friend Maria.
Reposing at Bourke’s Funeral Home, 71 Queen Street, Dublin 7 on Sunday afternoon from 3pm until 5pm. Maura’s Funeral Mass will then take place on Monday morning at 10am in The Church of the Blessed Margaret Ball, Santry, Dublin 9 with cremation after at Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only.
