BURKE (Lisnahorna, Whites Cross and formerly of Glounavigue, Rahan Parish, Killavullen, Co. Cork) : On 7th April 2023, peacefully in the presence of her loving family and in the excellent care of the staff of the Cork University Hospital, MAUREEN (nee O’Sullivan) dearly beloved wife of the late Jerry, devoted mother to Laurence, John and Eilish, dear sister to Bridie and the late Richard (Dick), Kathleen, Liam, Sean, Thomas (Tom) and Michael.

She will be deeply missed by her loving children, daughter-in-law Barbara, grandchildren Jerry, David and Denis, John’s partner Barbara and her children Seán and Ava-Marie, her sister, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood, Glanmire, on Tuesday (April 11th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Wednesday (April 12th) in St. Michael’s Church, Upper Glanmire, which can be viewed here.

Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
