The death has occurred of
Maureen Byrne
The peaceful death has occurred at her residence of Maureen Byrne, No.7 Dr. Mc Closkey Crescent, Glenties, Co. Donegal. Predeceased by her husband Tony. Sadly missed by her loving son Tony, daughters Kerry, Catherine and Madge, sister Collette, brother Tom, son-in-law Sean, brother-in-law Manus, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Her remains will repose at her daughter Catherine's home Stracastle, Glenties (F94A022) from 3pm on Sunday afternoon. Removal from her daughter's residence on Monday afternoon at 1.15pm to Lakeland's Crematorium, Cavan for cremation service at 4.30pm.
Family flowers only donations-in-lieu if desired to Peter Mc Verry Trust c/o any family member or James McGuinness & Sons, Funeral Directors, Main Street, Glenties, Co. Donegal.
Due to the HSE and government guidelines the wake and cremation service are private to family and close friends with a maximum of 50 people permitted.
Those who would have liked to attend the wake but cannot due to current restrictions may leave a message in the condolence section below.
