Maureen Byrne (née O’Sullivan) (Mulvey Park, Dundrum and formerly of Ballinteer Gardens, Dublin) – November 28th, 2025. Passed away unexpectedly at home. Beloved wife of the late Michael Byrne, much-loved mother of Jean, Michael, Dennis, Jacqueline, Jimmy, Sandra, Maureen, Derek, Caroline, Elaine and the late Linda, and predeceased by her cherished grandson Mark.
Sadly missed and remembered by all her loving family, sister Chrissy, brothers Denis and Harry, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, her adored 34 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Maureen will repose at JP Ward & Sons Funeral Home, Sandyford Village (D18 C8P7) on Wednesday evening (Dec 3rd) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning (Dec 4th) to the Church of the Miraculous Medal, Bird Avenue, Clonskeagh arriving for 11am Mass, followed thereafter to Mount Jerome Crematorium.
