The death has occurred of Maureen Cahill, Cluain Airne, Monadreen, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Elm Park, Wilton, Cork. Maureen passed away peacefully in the care of the staff of the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles on the 10th July 2024, after a short illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her loving parents Tom and Mary, Loughtagalla House, Thurles. Maureen will be dearly missed by her brothers Willie, Michael and Thomas, sisters Kathleen, Anna, Rita and Stella, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, extended family, relatives and dear friends.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Friday, 12th July, from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving to the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles at 7.45pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday, 13th July, at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Patrick's Cemetery, Thurles. The Mass can be viewed using the link below.
