Maureen Connolly
(née O'Donovan)
Maureen Connolly (nee O'Donovan), " Pine View", Drumelis , Cavan, Thursday, February 23rd 2023, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved son Tommy Jnr, sisters Rita and Vera and her brother Christy. Maureen will be very sadly missed by her beloved husband Thomas, her son Brendan (Valerie), daughters Irene (Davy), Corina (J.J) and Suzanne (Jeff), her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her brother Harry (London), sister Eileen (Cork), nephews, nieces, all her extended family, good neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12 C821) on Sunday evening from 5pm until 7pm. This will be a walk through only with no handshaking please. Maureen's Funeral Mass will take place on Monday in the Cathedral of Saints Patrick and Felim, Cavan at 1 o clock. A cremation service will take place in Lakeland's crematorium, Cavan at 5pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Palliative Care Unit at Cavan General Hospital or the Irish Heart Foundation. The Connolly family would also like to thank the management and staff at College View Nursing Home and Cavan General Hospital for the wonderful care and attention given to their mother in her time there.
