Maureen DUFFY
(née McDermott)
DUFFY, Maureen (née McDermott) late of Ballinteer, Dublin and formerly Rossinver, Co. Leitrim, in her 86th year, passed away peacefully on the 14th of March 2025 surrounded by family and in the wonderful care of The Fern Dean Nursing Home, Blackrock. Beloved mother of Jarlath and Geraldine. Predeceased by her husband, Charlie and brother Owen. She will be sadly missed by her son, daughter, daughter–in-law Ger, much loved grandsons, Cathal, Eoghan and Lorcan; brother Denis, sisters Kathleen and Geraldine, sister-in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Maureen will be reposing on Thursday evening (March 20th) from 5pm-7pm at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, the Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham (Eircode:D16 VO46). Funeral will take place on Friday morning (March 21st) at 10am in St. John the Evangelist Church, Ballinteer, followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery, Rathfarnham.
