Maureen Egan
(née McCormack)
Maureen passed away peacefully following a short illness in the Mater Hospital in the presence of her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Loving mother of Noreen (Leahy), Peter and her very special daughter Annette and the late Philip and the late Rosemary. She will be sorely missed by her children, grandchildren James, Aisling, Jack, Harry, Izzy, Lucy, Rose and Katie, son-in-law Joe, daughters-in-law Barbara and Anne, sisters Nuala, Bríd, Adrienne, Yvonne and Rhona, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Lying in repose at the Fanagan-Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Monday (23rd March) from 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock.
Maureen’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Church of Our Lady of Dolours, Glasnevin on Tuesday (24th March) at 10 o’clock. She will be laid to rest afterwards with her beloved husband Peter in Glasnevin Cemetery (St. Mobhi’s Section).
