Maureen Farrell

The death has occurred of Maureen Farrell, Cahercarney, Kinvara, Co. Galway on the 1st of September 2022, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the Mystical Rose Nursing Home, Claregalway. 

Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Margaret, brothers Seán and Tommy and sister Peggy (Burnell). 

Sadly missed by her brother Patrick (Cahercarney), sisters Mona Fitzgerald (Dublin) and Kathleen Forde (Claregalway), sisters-in-law Maureen-Ann and Mary, brother-in-law Patrick, nephews, nieces and her friends and neighbours in Cahercarney.

Reposing Saturday 3rd of September at her sister's residence in Claregalway (H91 D5WH) from 5pm to 7pm.

Maureen's funeral cortege will arrive at St. Teresa's Church, Labane, Ardrahan (H91 E7DC) for Requiem Mass at 11am on Sunday 4th of September with burial afterwards in Labane Cemetery. 

Those attending Maureen's funeral are asked to be mindful that Covid is still active in the community.
