Maureen Fitzmaurice
(née Twigg)
Fitzmaurice (née Twigg) Maureen (late of Maam Cross, Co Galway and formerly of Blackrock, Co. Dublin) 27th June 2025. Peacefully in her 95th year in the wonderful care of the Fern Dean, Blackrock. Beloved wife of the late Bill and loving mother of David, Catherine and Charlotte and sister of the late Robert. She will be sadly missed by her son, daughters, godchildren Ross Classon and Wendy Joyce, nieces nephew, extended family, friends and neighbours.
A Thanksgiving Service for the Life of Maureen will be held on Saturday 5th July 2025 at 12 noon in Kilcummin Parish Church, Oughterard, Co. Galway, H91CX53 followed by the interment of her ashes in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only please.
A committal Service will be held on Monday June 30th 2025 at 3pm in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harolds Cross. The Service can be viewed online using this link: https://www.mountjerome.ie/garden-chapel-service/ . No flowers please.
