Maureen HALPENNY
(née Gilmor)
HALPENNY (née Gilmor) Maureen, 6th August 2024, peacefully at home, after a long illness, beloved wife of 65 years to Michael, loving mother of Patrick, Susan, Conor and Michèle. Sadly missed by her broken hearted husband, children, daughters-in-law Ann and Niamh, sons-in-law Niall and Gavan, adored grandchildren Chloë, Laura, Melissa, David, Rebecca, Nicola and Fiona, great-granddaughter Alice, her extended family and many friends, including at the Royal Irish Yacht Club. Remembering also her late parents Dr John and Dr Kathleen, her deceased sisters Frances, Carmel, Geraldine and Dorothy.
Reposing in Quinn’s Funeral Home, Glasthule from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Sunday, 11th August. Removal Monday, 12th August, to St Joseph's Church, Glasthule arriving for 11am Funeral Mass, that can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/glasthule followed by burial in Deansgrange Cemetery. No flowers please. House private.
