Hughes, nee Murphy, Ballygar, Co. Galway and formerly Adamstown, Co. Wexford, August 1st, 2021, peacefully, at U.H.G., surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her daughter Mary. Dearly loved wife of Jimmy and much loved mother of Mandy, Shelly, Sharon and Anne. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, reposing and funeral Mass for Maureen will be for family only. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at 12 o’clock in St. Brendan’s Church, Tohergar, with burial afterwards in Killyan Cemetery. Funeral cortege will travel from her residence on Thursday morning for Funeral Mass at 12 o’clock. Family flowers only, please.
