Maureen McCann
(née McAvinney)
Maureen Mc Cann (née McAvinney) Sutton Court, Seatown Place, formerly of Barrack Street, Dundalk. 24th February 2023, peacefully in the wonderful care of Curam Nursing home. Maureen much loved wife of the late Gerry, dear mother of Brendan, Pat and Hugh, proud granny of Steven, Niall, Conor, Christy, Katie and Sean great-granny of Sam, Éabha and Patrick, and sister of Patsy and the late Jim, Peter, and Betty. Maureen will be sadly missed by her sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, daughters-in-law Kay, Kitty, and Julie-Anne, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May She Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her son Pat’s home, Priorland, Dublin Road (A91 K5K8) from 4pm to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Removal on Monday afternoon to St Patrick’s Cathedral, arriving for Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed on the webcam https://www.churchservices.tv/dundalkstpatrick
The family would like to thank Dr. Sarah O’Brian, the Carer’s from Comfort Keepers and the Staff of Curam Nursing home for the kindness they showed to Maureen.
