Maureen McDonnell
(née Murray)
Formerly Killoran, Aughrim, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
On the 2nd January, 2022 Maureen passed away peacefully at University Hospital, Galway. Dearly loved wife of Pat, much-loved mother of Padraig, Éilisa, Clíona, Oonagh, Blátnaid, Jon and Billy , dearly loved sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law and friend.
She is mourned and sadly missed by her sons and daughters and their families, her brother P.J., the extended McDonnell and Murray family, friends and neighbours.
A ‘Walk-Through’ system is in place for a reposing at ‘ Áras Naofa’ adjacent to the Church of St. Oliver Plunkett, Renmore on Tuesday, 4th January from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Removal from Maureen’s home on Wednesday morning, 5th January at 11.30 a.m. travelling along Renmore Road, to arrive at the Church of St. Oliver Plunkett, in advance of Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral after Mass to Rinville cemetery, Oranmore.
