The death has occurred of
Maureen McKiernan
Maureen McKiernan of Drumcondra Dublin 9, Trim, Co. Meath and Foxrock, Co. Dublin. September 4th 2023, Peacefully in the wonderful care of the St Francis Hospice team and surrounded by her loving family, after an illness so strongly borne.
Beloved daughter of the late Rita (née O’Connor) and John McKiernan and sister of the late Seán.
Loved partner of Mal, beloved mother of Sarah, Alan and Nicola, adored Grandma and Nana of Sophie, Freya, Aoibhín, Izzy and Seán, mother-in-law to Ronan, sister to Jimmy and Paul, sister-in-law to Sonia and Siobhán and proud aunt of Aoife.
Reposing in St. Francis’ Hospice, Raheny on Friday afternoon (September 8th) from 3pm followed by removal to Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, arriving for evening prayer at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning (September 9th) at 10am, after which Maureen will be laid to rest in the family grave at Deans Grange Cemetery.
