Maureen Newman

NEWMAN, Maureen (Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin and late of Chartered Accountants Ireland), 5th December 2024. Peacefully, in her 91st year, after a short illness, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by her brothers John and Vincent, sister Anita, sister-in-law Mae, brother-in-law Neilus and nephews Stephen and John F.

Beloved sister-in-law of Kathleen and much loved Aunt of Peter, Michael, Edel, Kevin, Dermot, Ciara, Conor, Paul, Ann, Celine, Carol, Tracy, Tony and Angela. Much loved grand-aunt to the next generation. Maureen will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.

Sincere thanks to all the staff of Royal Hospital Donnybrook and St.Vincent's University Hospital for their excellent care and attention to Maureen.

Maureen will be reposing on Monday evening 9th December at Fanagans (Carnegies) Funeral Home, Monkstown A94 XK28 from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning 10th December at 10am in St. Brigid’s Church, Cabinteely followed thereafter by cremation committal in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross (D6W HY98).
