Maureen O' Neill
(née Gorman)

It's with deep sadness that we announce the death of our beloved mother, Maureen O' Neill, (née Gorman), late of Townspark, Longford, formerly of Ardagh, and Sligo, died suddenly on 7th February in Longford Westmeath General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her son James, her husband Shamey, brothers and sisters.

Maureen will be very sadly missed by her son Alan, daughters, Carol and Breda. Her son-in-law Phillip, her grandchildren and partners, Trudy (Shane), Elaine (Michael), Aaron, Shane (Hazel), and Colin. Her great-grandchildren Alex, Aoibh, Cassie, and Mikie. Also by her loving partner, John, her close friend Trish, and her many relatives and friends in Longford and Sligo.

Maureen was known for her kindness, gentle nature, and deep love for her family. She touched the lives of many with her warm heart and her positive outlook on life. Her memory will live on in all who knew her.

In honour of Maureen's wishes, a private resomation has already taken place.

A celebration of Maureen's life will take place in St. Mel's Cathedral on Saturday, 21st February, at 11:00 am.
