O’BRIEN (Ballincollig and formerly of Healy’s Bridge): On 11th August 2024, peacefully, in her 96th year in the wonderful care of the staff of the Maglin Unit, Ballincollig Community Nursing Unit, MAUREEN (née O’Leary), dearly beloved wife of the late Bernard, much loved mother of Catherine (Rodgers), John, Frances and Niamh, adored nana of Kate, David, Andrew, Freya and Teagan and grand-nana of Aoife and dear sister of the late Sheila and Margaret.

Lovingly remembered by her family, sons-in-law Hugh and Greg, daughter-in-law Donna, brother-in-law Paddy, nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Wednesday (August 14th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.30am on Thursday (August 15th) in the Church of St. Mary and St. John, Ballincollig which can be viewed

Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
