Maureen Poundford
(née Doyle)
Maureen Poundford (née Doyle), Halifax West, Yorkshire, England and formerly Castledermot, Co. Kildare – 5th March 2026 peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital; predeceased by her loving husband John, siblings Patricia, Brigid, Winnie, Tom, Jim, Arthur and recently deceased Margaret and Ann.
Sadly missed by her loving children Jennifer, Colleen, Sharon, Martine, Leona, Virginia, Rosemary and John Patrick, brother John, sister Essie, sister-in-law Margo, brothers-in-law Mick and Joe, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May Maureen’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Funeral arriving to The Church of The Assumption, Castledermot Monday evening, 23rd March for 6pm Funeral prayers. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11am after which she will be laid to rest in Coltstown Cemetery, Castledermot, Co. Kildare.
