Maureen Power
(née O'Keeffe)
POWER; Brideview Close, Tallow and formerly of Shanbally, Cappoquin, Co. Waterford. On 9th February 2026, peacefully, in the tender loving care of St. Teresa’s Nursing Home, Cashel after a brief illness. Maureen (Née O’Keeffe), loving daughter of the late William and Bridget O’Keeffe, loving wife of the late Sham, mother of the late Seamus (Shamie), sister of the late Michael O’Keeffe and Peggie Stapleton.
Deeply regretted by her loving daughter Margaret, sons Liam and Walter, brother Tom O’Keeffe, daughters-in-law Esther, Jillian and Susan, sister-in-law Winnie O’Keeffe, grandchildren Daineadh, Alannah, Jessica, Jordan, Robbie, Chloe, Evan and Cora-Anne, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at Aidan Walsh & Sons Funeral Home, Tallow
on evening on Thursday evening 12th February 2026
from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm,
followed by removal to
the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tallow.
Funeral Mass on Friday morning 13th February 2026 at 11.00am
followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
