Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff of the Cork University Hospital on 28 March 2026.
Maureen loving wife of the late Terry, and daughter of the late William and Annie Mckay.
Sister to Ethna, Pollock, Billy, Sandy and the late Robert and Betty
Mother of Paul, Nick, Andrew and Jill.
Adoring Grandmother of Hannah, Billy, Eve, Sophie, Sam, Emily and Katie.
Maureen will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her brothers, sister, children, grandchildren daughters-in-law Rosemary, Marguerite and Claire, son-in- law Eugene, nephews, nieces, extend family, Conor and a wide circle of friends.
Mo has departed on her final voyage to rejoin her beloved husband Terry to sail away into the sunset together
Maureen will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown rd., Cobh P24Y383 on Monday March 30th from 5.30pm with prayers at 7pm. Reception into Christchurch Rushbrooke, Cobh, P24 YX32 at 12.45 on Tuesday March 31st for Service at 1pm followed by burial in Old Church Cemetery.
