Maureen Stafford (née Oakes) – late of Ardleigh Gate, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – August 23, 2025 (peacefully) in the tender care of her family and the staff at Duleek Care Centre, Co Meath.

Beloved wife of the late Hiram and dear mother of Robert, Karen (Steffe) and Nigel.
Maureen will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, her adored grandson Gary (Steffe) and great-grandson Jack, sisters Noeleen and Margaret (Rita), nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Remembering also the deceased members of the Oakes and Stafford families.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home Mullingar (N91 K660) on Tuesday August 26th from 5.30 pm concluding with prayers at 7 pm.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Cathedral of Christ the King on Wednesday August 27th at 1 pm and may be viewed on the live webcam below.
Burial afterwards in Ballyglass Cemetery.
