1930-2025

 

Maureen passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, and in the excellent care of the team at Simpson’s Nursing Home, Dundrum. Predeceased by her beloved husband Seán, siblings Patricia, Tom, Philomena, Brian, Irene and Hilda, sisters-in-law Nellie, Nancy, Patricia and Maura and son-in-law Norry. Loving mother to Aideen, Bróna, Dara, Garry and Sive. Sadly missed by her sons-in-law, Fred and Hugh, daughter-in-law Marie. Also Eilís and Maureen’s grandchildren Aoife, Eoin, Oisín, Jane, Ciara, Fionn, Cian, Seán, Cuan, Finn and Noa, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours in both Dublin and Blackwater, Co. Wexford.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Tuesday evening (1st April) from 6pm to 8pm. (House Private).

 

Complimentary car parking is available at the old Dundrum Shopping Centre (Lidl) car park - entrance on Dundrum Village Main Street (not Dundrum Town Centre Car Park). Tickets to exit car park, free of charge, available on request at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum.

 

Removal on Wednesday morning (2nd April) to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown, Dublin arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation at 12.15pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, 158 Harold’s Cross Road, Dublin D6W X296.
