WHELAN (Model Farm Road, Cork): On March 11th, 2025, peacefully, at her home, MAUREEN (née O’Keeffe), beloved wife of the late Matthew, loving mother of John, Declan, Gerard, Barry and Maura, dear sister of Carmel and the late Josephine.
Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Sheila and Mary, son-in-law Luc, grandchildren; Kate, Matthew, Fiona, Lina, Brendan, Emmy and Chloe, adored great-grandchildren; Hugo, Hannah, Sophie, Lauren, Matthew, Isla and Dara, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Thursday (March 13th from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Friday (March 14th) in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to St. James’ Cemetery, Chetwynd.
