Maurice English

Maurice English (Raheen Gardens, Raheen, Limerick and late of Howmedica. Former Rugby Coach and Scouting Leader).

March 19th 2025 peacefully at University Hospital Limerick.

Sadly missed by his loving wife May, son’s Peter, Declan, Maurice, Gerard, Frank and Brendan, daughters Elaine and Anne, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his 19 grandchildren, sisters Phyllis, Joan, Carmel, and Betty, nephews, nieces, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Predeceased by his parents Maurice and Josephine and by his wife Geraldine (née O’Brien) and sister Marie.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at St. Nessan’s Church, Raheen on Friday (21st March) from 5pm to 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday (22nd March) at 11am followed by burial in Mount St. Lawrence (Extension).
