Maurice (Moss) CURTIN

Maurice (Moss) Curtin, Killarney Road, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick and formerly of Ballycommane, Tournafulla, Co. Limerick, passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the matron, nurses and staff at Killeline Care Centre, Newcastle West, on Thursday, 16th April 2026.

Predeceased by his wife Rose, father Michael, mother Ellen, brother Neilus, sister-in-law Rose and daughter-in-law Sheila.

Moss is very sadly missed by his sons Sean and Paudie, daughter Eileen, daughter-in-law Linda, grandchildren, Chris, Stephen, Sarah, Ciara, Amanda, Maurice, Neily and Alison, great-grandchildren Allegra, Tia and Ronan, brothers Micheál, Pete and Patrick, sisters-in-law Bridie, Mary Ita and Margaret, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale on Sunday, 19th April from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m.

Requiem Mass for Moss will be celebrated in The Church of The Assumption, Abbeyfeale on Monday, 20th April at 11.00 a.m.

Interment afterwards in Reilig íde Naofa, Abbeyfeale.
