Maurice (Moss) Hayes

Pre-deceased by his cherished grandson Daragh.

Maurice passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the team in Willowbrook Nursing Home, Castleisland.

 

Beloved husband of Mary and adored father of Cathy, Maurice, Mike and Maria.

 

Sadly missed by his loving family – his wife, sons, daughters, grandsons Cian, Josh, Fionn and Ronan, granddaughter Niamh, brother P.J., sisters Muiree and Joan, sons-in-law Richard and Zeb, daughters-in-law Joanne and Maria,
sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, ESB colleagues and friends.

Reposing at McElligott’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6.00PM to 7.30PM. Funeral arriving to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Rathass on Thursday morning at 10.30AM where the Requiem Mass for Maurice will be celebrated at 11.00AM followed by interment afterwards in New Rath Cemetery.
