Maurice (Mossie) HARTNETT

It is with deep sorrow we announce the death of Maurice (Mossie) Hartnett, Parkroe Heights, Ardnacrusha, Co. Clare and late Of South Claughaun Rd., Garryowen, Limerick, peacefully in Athlunkard Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family on the 10th January 2026.

Predeceased by his loving wife Jane and son John.

Deeply missed by his heartbroken family, sons Maurice, Seamus, Gerard and Dessie, daughter Elizabeth, daughters-in-law Irene and Linda, Seamus's partner Karen, sons-in-law Frank, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister-in-law Margaret Gully, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Mossie's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Mossie will repose in Mc Mahon's Funeral Home, Blackwater on Tuesday, 13th January from 6pm to 7:30pm followed by removal to St. Senans Church, Clonlara. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, 14th January at 11am followed by burial in Teample Cemetery.
