MAURICE (Mossie) SHANAHAN

MAURICE SHANAHAN (Mossie), late of Inch Whitegate. On August 12th 2025 peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late Ted and Eileen Shanahan, Inch, Whitegate, beloved brother of the late Frances (O’Connor), Kevin, Joseph, John, Aidan and Baby Anthony, uncle of the late Katie O'Connor. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his beloved partner Annie and his loving children Julie, Leah, Maurice, Jason and their partners, his brothers and sisters Willie, Paddy, Mary (Roche), Eilo (Wall), Brian and Gary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Jay, Ava, Nathan, Ella and Theo, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and his large circle of friends.

May Mossie Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton P25VW02 on Thursday 14th from 5.30pm to 7.00pm.

Reception into St. Mary's Church, Ballinrostig on Friday 15th for 2pm Requiem Mass followed by burial in Inch Cemetery.
