Maurice O'Connor

Clondalkin, Dublin / Waterford

O’CONNOR Maurice (Muiris Ó Conchúbhair) (Clondalkin and late of Waterford City and formerly Maurice O’Connor Exposystems Ltd, Artist, Musician and Raconteur) peacefully, on 29th May 2025 in the wonderful care of Lisheen Nursing Home, Rathcoole. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Claire (Hayden), his brother Liam and sisters Eibhlín and Charlotte.

 

Maurice will be sadly missed by his sisters Mary and Shono (O'Byrne), brother-in-law Kevin, sisters-in-law Helen and Betty, niece Máire and all his nieces and nephews, also sadly missed by his good friend Fintan, his musician friends in Áras Chrónáin, his friends from Sruleen parish church, St Vincent de Paul, Toastmasters and Clondalkin Men’s shed, his great neighbours and his extended family and friends

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin Village, D22 K602 on Monday 2nd June 2025 from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Sruleen, Clondalkin D22 WN30 and afterwards to The Temple, Newlands Cross Cemetery followed by Cremation.
