DOWNEY (Doughcloyne, Cork): On February 11th, 2024, after a short illness, peacefully, at the Cork University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family MAY (née Collins), adored wife of Kevin and mum of Dawn, Niamh and Audrey.

 

Sadly missed by her sisters Noreen, Siobhan, brothers Tony, Donal and Michael, grandchildren Daniel, Sean, Ellie, Kaitlin, Paddy, Hazel and Craig, sons-in-law Tom, Peter and Garry, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, nephews, nieces, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

 

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Wednesday (February 14th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Thursday in the Church of the Way of the Cross, Togher which can be viewed

Funeral afterwards to St. James’s Cemetery, Chetwynd.
