Downing (née Brownrigg) May (Mary), 16th November 2023, (Kingswood and late of Castlequarter, Bunclody, Co. Wexford). Passed peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the Doctors and staff of Tallaght Hospital. Beloved wife of Denis (Dinny) and much loved mam of David, Denis, Aileen and Joseph. May will be forever loved and sadly missed by her loving husband, children, grandchildren Rachel, Aisling, Gemma, Donnchadh, Fiachra and Sophia May, daughters-in-law Hilda, Judy and Claudia, brothers Harry and Frank, sister Nancy, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Sunday from 2pm to 4pm. A Celebration of May’s life will take place on Monday at 10am in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium followed by cremation.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, to a Charity of choice in May’s memory. Donation box in Crematorium.
