May Lordan

Lordan (Speckled Door, Old Head, Kinsale) on June 21st 2023 peacefully in the wonderful care of the Staff at Cork University Hospital and surrounded by her loving family. May (nee Dempsey), dearly beloved wife of the late Dan and dear mother of Jerome, John, Helena, Mary, Donal, Sheila, Michael and Elizabeth.

Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Michael, daughters-in-law Majella, Barbara and Anne, partners Jennifer and Brian, her 13 adored grandchildren, and their partners, great-grandson Ted, nephews, nieces, great neighbours, extended family and many friends.

May will be lying in repose at her home in The Speckled Door (eircode P17HE97) on Sunday from 4pm to 7pm followed by prayers.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon in Holy Trinity Church, Ballinspittle which will be livestreamed on www.corklivestream.com, funeral afterwards to Templetrine Cemetery. 

Donations in lieu of flowers to St. Vincent de Paul and Kinsale Community Hospital.

Due to the death of May Lordan R.I.P., The Speckled Door will remain closed on Sunday and Monday.
