May Timothy, nee Gallagher, Rathmore, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal, peacefully in her 97th year surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of all at Ballyshannon Community Hospital on the 24th December 2025, beloved wife of the late Jim Timothy.

Forever loved and sadly missed by her loving son and daughters, Michael, Patricia (Gallagher) and Jacqueline (McGowan), daughter-in-law Laura, sons-in-law Joe and Gerry, her beloved grandchildren Ciara (Kevin), Martin, James (Katie), Darragh (Sacha), Joseph, Dermot, Khayla, James, John-Paul, Gabriel and Andrew, her adored 5 great-grandchildren, her close friend Judith and all her nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Predeceased by her parents Johnny & Cissie Gallagher and her brother Michael.

Reposing at the Family Home, Rathmore, Ballyshannon (F94V6Y6) on Friday (St. Stephen’s Day) from 12 noon to 8pm

 

House private at all other times please.

 

Removal from her late residence on Sat morning (27th Dec) at 11.30am to arrive to St. Aidan’s Church, Kinlough for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon.

 

Removal afterwards to St. Joseph’s Cemetery, The Rock, Ballyshannon for burial service.
