Mel Boland

Boland Mel (Dr. Mel), 14th February 2023, (Perrystown and formerly of Galway and Head of Spanish and Linguistics, University of Galway) Suddenly. Beloved son of Tom and the late Marie and much loved brother of Anita, Martin, Eamonn, Junior, Michael, Claire, Colm and Paul. Mel will be forever loved and sadly missed by his loving father, brothers, sisters, brother-in-law Alan, sister-in-laws Ann and Ciara, nieces Milli, Chloe and Carly, nephews Matthew and Scott, extended family and his many friends and colleagues.

Reposing in the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11.30am in Church of The Holy Spirit, Kimmage Manor and afterwards for a Cremation Service in the Garden Chapel Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium.
