19th November (peacefully) in his 95th year in Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Pre-deceased by his wife Mary, brothers Jim, Gus and Liam, sisters Gertie, Eileen, Angela and Kitsy.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, daughters Mary, Imelda, Anne, Loretta and Helen, son Mel, sons-in-law Liam and Philip, daughter-in-law Caroline, grandchildren Martina, Clodagh, Annie, Maeve, Evlin, Rory and Kevin, great grandchildren Ethan and Freya, sister Emily Corcoran (Sligo), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends
May He Rest In Peace
Mel will repose at The Heritage Centre, Chapel of Rest, Church Lane, Carrick-on-Shannon (N41 KP62) on Wednesday from 5pm until 7pm.
Removal to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon on Thursday morning arriving for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 o’clock, followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carrick-on-Shannon.
