Melanie Hill Rutherford
Hill Rutherford Melanie, 21st May 2020, Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ballincollig, Co. Cork; peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness courageously and bravely borne; beloved wife of Mark, adored mommy of Naoise, Holly, Eabha and Rian, dearly beloved daughter of Seán and May Hill, and much loved sister of Marion (Falvey), Jacqui, Liam, Trevor and Gregg. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, children, parents, sisters, brothers, mother-in-law Merilyn, father-in-law Cleveland, nieces, especially Sarah who was like a sister and her best friend, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours and her large circle of friends.
May Melanie’s gentle soul rest in peace
In line with Government/HSE advice and to ensure the safety of all Melanie’s relatives and friends, a small private funeral will be held. Her family would ask that over the coming days everyone who knew Melanie would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer. Messages of support can be left in the online condolence book below.
