Mercedes Kelly (née McElligott). Passed away peacefully after a long and happy life on Friday, 27th December 2024 in the kind care of Leeson Park Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Patrick W. Kelly of Roebuck Castle, Clonskeagh and formerly of Brighton Road, Rathgar.

 

Mercedes is deeply mourned and will be sadly missed by her children Glenn, Alan, Mark, Olwen, Mercedes, Jennifer and Neil. She will be forever remembered by her loving grandchildren Ross, Conor, Sarah-Jane, Shane, Henry, Susie, Laura, Jessica, Jack, Eve, Jude and Lucy, and by her sons-in-law Ian, Tony, Ken and daughters-in-law Bláthnaid, Yvonne, Linda and Yvonne, sister-in-law Joan and all her extended family, friends and neighbours.

 

Mercedes will repose at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Goatstown, D14 X348 on Thursday 2nd January 2025 from 3 to 5pm. Funeral Mass in the Church of St.Thérèse, Mount Merrion at 10am on Friday the 3rd of January followed by burial at Deansgrange Cemetery.
