Michael (Mick) Kirby

Michael (Mick) Kirby, Lake Road, Castletown Geoghegan, Co. Westmeath, died 23rd of December 2021. Predeceased recently by his beloved wife Margaret, son Peter, brothers Pierce, Myles and Noel, sisters Birdie, Olive and Grace. Peacefully, at home surrounded by his heartbroken family.

Michael (Mick) will be sadly missed by his loving and heartbroken family, Pius, Pat, Mary, Fiona, David, Michael, Cathy, Maggie, Sinead, Ronan and Áine, brothers Jimmy and Eugene, sisters Kathleen, Lena and Teresa, his 23 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, partners, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, and an enormous circle of friends.

Reposing at his home tomorrow, Christmas Eve, 24th, from 3pm – 6pm. Funeral Mass in St. Michael's Church, Castletown Geoghegan, at 1 o’clock on St. Stephen's Day (Sunday) which can be viewed https://youtu.be/UdFvQGd-kIM , with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
