Michael Carey

Michael Carey, Ballyknockan, Coolderry, Birr, Co.Offaly, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, on the 16th November, 2025. Predeceased by his parents Timothy and Mary, brother Tim, sister Lila (Gorman).

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Lucy, sons Michéal, Niall and Eoin, daughters Joan, Carmel and Emma, sons-in-law Liam, Kevin, Peter, daughters-in-law Lisa, Cara and Paula, grandchildren, brother Pat, sisters Bernie (Molloy) and Marie (Dooley), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

May Michael rest in peace.

Reposing on Tuesday at his residence (R42 VP93) from 3 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Private Removal on Wednesday to St.Ita's Church, Coolderry for Funeral Mass at 12 o'clock followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
